29.3.11

Through both inside and out, we will explore the dynamics of conditioning a pliable sensitive body relative to change.  Exercises are developed for moving with image, release, and fluidity between the tactile quotidian person and non-human awareness.  Developing concept and immediacy, we explore architecture, time, temperature, sound, and the memories in a body and a city landscape. Shifting between spaces and layers of perception and orientation, physical imagination opens.  The work is a discipline for meeting your body and your environment as it is and inside out.

Text from workshop 'Body in / Site out' (between memory, map and moment) by Yuko Kaseki and Isak Immanuel in Berlin April, 2011
